🦆 Making Memories in Ms. Natalie's Kindergarten!
Our classroom turned into a little duck pond last week! 🌊✨

Ms. Natalie’s kindergarteners have been hard at work learning all about our feathered friends, and last week, they finally got to meet some special guests firsthand! From watching them splash in the pool to seeing those little waddles up close, the excitement was absolutely contagious.

There’s nothing like seeing the "lightbulb" moments happen when science comes to life right in front of your eyes. Future biologists in the making! 🐣💛

Reading in the Sun
Headline: Lights Out, Stories On! 🔦📚

There is something truly magical about diving into a great book by the glow of a flashlight!

To celebrate Read Across America Week, our students had a blast yesterday, March 3rd, with a special flashlight reading activity. It was amazing to see the gym glowing during activity as everyone got lost in their favorite stories! Reading isn't just a skill—it's an adventure, and sometimes that adventure is best found in the dark.

Tell us in the comments: Does your student have a favorite "flashlight" book they’ve been reading this week?

✨ Shine Your Light on Reading Tomorrow March 3rd! ✨

Get ready to see your favorite stories in a whole new way! We are turning down the overhead lights and turning up the fun. Reading isn’t just about the words on the page; it’s about the adventure they take you on—and every great adventure needs a little bit of light.

🔦 What to Bring:
To help us "shine a light" on our books, please bring one of the following from home:

A Small Flashlight
A Clip-on Book Light
A Finger Light

📖 The Mission:
When the lights go out, we will use our own personal beams to explore new worlds, meet amazing characters, and discover the magic of reading. Whether you're under a desk, in a cozy corner, or sitting with a friend, let’s make our reading time glow!

Remember: We use our lights to focus on our books so we can become "bright" readers!
